INCIGHT brings leaders experiencing disabilities and their supporters — employers, caregivers, teachers, coaches, parents — together to connect, learn, and share experiences that equip them to move the world.
The Annual INCIGHT Gala
The 19th Annual Gala — a Black & White Party — takes place October 3, 2026, 5–9pm at Castaway in Northwest Portland. Our largest fundraising event of the year: cocktails, games, raffles, fine dining and entertainment.
The Annual Golf Event
Held at Topgolf Hillsboro — the 2026 event welcomed sponsors and players for an evening of contests including the signature "Leveraging Obstacles" shoot.
Excellent Leader Spotlight
At every gathering we shine a light on individuals who pack a "mighty punch" — leaders experiencing disabilities who demonstrate the power of staying in the game.
The INCIGHT Hall of Fame
Since 2008, the Hall of Fame has honored social change agents — from co-founders Scott Hatley and Vail Horton to Paralympians and community leaders — who refuse to negatively core-identify with their barriers.
