MEET INCIGHT's TEAM
LEADERS
A native and resident of Portland, Oregon Scott Hatley is Co-Founder and Executive Director of INCIGHT. Born with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Scott has spent nearly 22 years driving INCIGHT’s mission and culture, helping people with disabilities leverage obstacles into opportunities and contribute fully. A University of Portland graduate, he was named one of Portland Business Journal’s 2020 Executives of the Year and has been recognized by several organizations for his service to the community.
Pia Gilgen is the Director of Education at INCIGHT, where she leads education programs that support students with disabilities and promote disability-aware workplace cultures. She administers the INCIGHT Scholarship Program, coordinates the INCIGHTful Curriculum and learning resources, and delivers disability awareness workshops that help employers build cultures where all employees can thrive.
Born with cerebral palsy, Mitch Blatt has served as INCIGHT’s Editor-in-Chief of Stories since 2019. He leads the editorial vision for the digital publication, bringing light to stories that share positive perspectives and showcase high-achieving people within the disability community. Mitch brings lived experience to his work and, when the workday is done, is an avid video game player and practices origami.
Grace Corrigan leads INCIGHT’s employment programming, helping job seekers recognize their strengths and turn their life experiences into pathways toward fulfilling, gainful work. She coordinates in-person job fairs and virtual Get Ahead Workshops and works one-on-one with candidates to build confidence, strengthen career-readiness skills, and connect their experiences to the workplace. A self-published author and poet, Grace brings the power of storytelling to her work, using personal experience to connect, inspire, and help others recognize their own potential.
Judd Girard is the INCIGHT Media Executive Director, where he oversees video, photography and content production that brings the organization’s storytelling to life. With over 30 years of experience in news production, Judd helps to capture and share the stories that reflect the work INCIGHT is doing in the community.
JD Duran serves as Communications Manager for INCIGHT and is a former recipient of INCIGHT’s scholarship program. He is also the Founder and CEO of Create Everyday PDX, a digital marketing business, and spends his free time as an online content creator and competitive adaptive athlete cross training between wheelchair racing and wheelchair rugby.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Dan brings both operational and governance experience to INCIGHT, having served as its Executive Director before joining the board. A benefit auctioneer and entrepreneur, Dan has helped raise over $20M for missions he believes in and businesses he's consulted. His work spans the marketplace and the ministry world alike — leading in the local church, developing discipleship resources, and serving other causes and boards committed to human flourishing.
Carla serves as CFO for FNI Works Inc. and Mobility Support Solutions, with over 20 years in accounting and finance across e-commerce, construction, manufacturing, and fitness. She helps businesses grow while running more efficiently.
