Incight’s employment program focuses on empowerment, skills building, and networking.

Live Resume events and our Internship Program accommodate a limited number of participants, so interested job seekers will need to complete a phone interview and be invited to participate.

Meet Business, Career Expo and Job Skills Training are open to all who register, including support staff.

We know that your job search will be more successful when you are excited and empowered to talk about your skills, abilities, and experience! Incight works with employer partners and Oregon Vocational Rehabilitation to host events that introduce you to organizations who are interested in diversifying their workforce.

Our events are valuable to both job seekers and employers. Large organizations such as Oregon Health & Science University, the State of Oregon, NW Natural, Lowe’s, US Forest Service, FedEx, Wells Fargo and Comcast attend our events to recruit talent, give insider feedback and provide one-on-one interaction with candidates to help them succeed in the job search.

Consider Incight events as a key part of your job search. Employment program services and events are available to any job seeker with a documented disability, no matter your age.

Why should you attend job fairs?

From: Why Portland Employers Go to Job Fairs (And You Should Too)

A job fair is an opportunity to do 20-30 information interviews in a day. It is a way to see the face of a company and find out what types of jobs different companies have available. It is also an opportunity to ask questions about positions, get information on the application process, receive feedback on your resume and learn how to make your application stand out and appeal to a particular company.
