Shipping Policy
Incight ships using the United Stated Postal Service (USPS). Under normal circumstances ordered received by 3PM PST (6PM EST) will be shipped out the same day. Orders received after the 1PM cutoff time may still go out the same day, however it is not guaranteed. Shipping costs are determined by transportation method chosen, as well as the weight. You can find the shipping costs of the items in your cart by entering your postal code into the box in the bottom right of the shopping cart. The rates will also be displayed during the checkout process prior to entering a payment method.
USPS - Domestically we ship both USPS Priority Mail (items over 1lb), and USPS 1st Class Mail (items under 1lb). Customers may optionally request USPS Priority mail packaging if their parcel is under 1lb at the normal rate.

USPS Priority Mail = Normal Delivery time is 2-3 days*
Please note that the USPS Does not guarantee date specific deliveries, nor do they offer a tracking service for standard mail parcels. When your order ships, You will receive an email from the fullfillment center with a Delivery Confirmation number (US Addresses Only), as well as an update from the system indicating to your items have shipped complete.
*Normal Delivery time is the average delivery time as quoted by the USPS. Actual time may be more or less depending on your specific location, or delays in the postal system. No guarantee of time-in-transt is made.
Return Policy
Incight has a no-hassle return policy. No purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 30 days of ship date when accompanied with its proper documentation and in its original box for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non-refundable). Returned orders which qualified for free shipping will have the shipping charges deducted from the refund amount. Returned orders must be accompanied by all FREE items which may have been included with the order - any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount based on the items value as stated on the website. Damaged or missing goods will be deducted from the refund total. Items which are returned not in their original packaging or are not in resellable condition will be charged a restocking fee of $3 or 15% (whichever is greater). We unfortunatly can't accept returns past 30 days. In order for returns to be processed, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the package. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. To receive an RMA number e-mail questions@incight.org.
