Getting Ready for Life at College is an ideal tool for teacher’s, families and students with disabilities in preparing for post-secondary education. The guide covers three major areas of transition: Getting ready for College, Life at College, and Life in College. Intended for more than just reading, this interactive guide includes worksheets, step by step lists, and space for notes for further understanding of the topics.
