The Incight Board of Directors named Chris Chiacchierini as Executive Director starting May 2016. Chris comes to Incight with more than 20 years of non profit experience. He has a BA in English from the University of Notre Dame and an MFA from Eastern Washington University. Most recently, he was the Vice President for Planning and Operations at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, the number one college for acupuncture and Chinese medicine in the United States.
“Incight is at an inflection point, and we could not be more excited to have Chris lead us into our next chapter,” said Jerry Carleton, Incight Board Chairperson. “Chris’s proven success in relationship building, strategic plan implementation, business development, and change management have us all very enthusiastic about the opportunities Incight will have under his direction. His ability to create direct connections between resources and strategic initiatives will strengthen our organization and allow Incight to serve our clients with more holistic, intentional programming that aligns with their needs.”

Chiacchierini’s background and work in day-to-day management and operations, leading strategic planning, assuring fiscal sustainability, coordinating communications and building relationships with organizations in Oregon and Washington will spearhead the growth and strength of Incight and its programs.
