Exciting changes on the horizon!
Incight is thrilled to be on a continued growth trajectory. At twelve years old, the organization has matured from childhood into adolescence – team evolution has been a significant part of this maturing process. Incight has had the pleasure of working with Dan Friess as the Executive Director since 2011. He has championed much of the organization’s expansion and clarified mission. Dan is transitioning out of the Executive Director role in an effort to focus on his personal passion and expertise with Incight’s corporate consulting and training services. He will continue to work with Incight, operating as a contractor with the title of Inclusion Strategist/Lead Trainer.
Ed Thompson, PHD, an Incight Board member, has volunteered to be an Interim Executive Director while the board engages in an ED recruiting process.

Incight Scholarship Application is open through april 1, 2016!
Each year, Incight awards up to one hundred scholarships to students with disabilities who have demonstrated outstanding merit in giving back to the community and overcoming obstacles in order to pursue higher education. The Scholarship Program is open to full time students of all ages who are residents of Washington, Oregon or California and have a documented disability.
