What We Do

Incight empowers people with disabilities to become contributing members of society. We accomplish this through several dynamic programs focused in the areas of: Education, Employment, Networking and Independence.

Incight Mission: To cause the success of education, employment, networking, and independence for people with disabilities.

Incight Vision: The disabled contributing to society, which in turn means they will take less from society.

In Our World

We are excited to launch our new websites that reflect Incight’s growing capacity to serve people with disabilities. We realize the needs are dynamic and our programs are developed to meet those needs. With our Education Programs we are addressing the barriers that keep people with disabilities from entering postsecondary education and training programs. Our Employment Programs are working directly with employers and jobseekers with disabilities linking talent and opportunity to change the fact that only 36.9 percent of people with disabilities are employed. In the coming months we are going to be rolling out our Networking and Independence Programs that are going to empower people with disabilities to connect with each other and to move on to develop independent lives where they are contributing members of society.
